Important Note for U.S. Customers

  • Our pedals qualify under CUSMA and are shipped with the required documentation to help ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Even if U.S. Customs incorrectly applies additional fees, we take care of them so you don’t have to.
  • We cover any tariffs, taxes, and shipping costs for U.S. customers.
  • Please note: this applies only to our pedals. Accessories such as T-shirts do not qualify under CUSMA and are subject to a 35% U.S. import tariff.
  • This policy may change in the future as import rules evolve, but for now you can order with confidence knowing there are no surprise costs at delivery.

 

International Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

• Customers outside Canada & the U.S. are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout.

• If a package is refused due to unpaid import fees, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

• All orders ship from Canada.

• Shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• Empress Effects is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
